- Setting department budgets and receivable collection of funds to ensure that departmental needs are met.
- Participating in contract bids for technical and pricing offers.
- Establish a healthy relationship with clients & dept staff and technicians/ Workers.
- Meet department sales targets and receivables.
- Prepare an action plan to improve productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Oversee Overhauling of the electric motor, Pumps, generator, and transformers in accordance with the repair process and give instructions to supervisors and the technical team.
- Establish a procurement plan.
- Maintains high-quality service and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks, and static electric tests and runs tests of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality before dispatch.
