Job Description:

Governmental Relations:

Manage and oversee all governmental procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Address and resolve any legal issues or disputes that may arise in the course of business operations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Qatar's labor laws, immigration policies, and other relevant regulations.
Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and registrations.
Handle all visa, immigration, and labor-related matters for the company's employees.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government authorities for various business-related requirements.
Assist in the preparation of legal documents and contracts as needed.
Provide support in handling employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or in a similar role with a focus on governmental procedures and regulations.
In-depth knowledge of Qatar’s governmental procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 05 years of experience in a similar role.
